Volunteer Information
Nangang International Exhibition Center, Hall 1, 4th floor, No.1, Jingmao 2nd Rd., Nangang District, Taipei City 11568, Taiwan
25th May 2025, 7:00 am. Please do NOT be late.
Meeting point the volunteer registration room and canteen: Room 449 on the 4th floor
There are various ways to get to the venue including bus, train and taxi. Please click on the link below to find out how to get to the venue.
A black volunteer t-shirt will be provided to you to be worn during your shift.
Please bring with you:
- Black/white shoes – avoid logo if possible
- Black pants/leggings or shorts – avoid logo if possible
- Water
- Snacks/candy
- Phone charger
- Waist band
- Please pack light!
- Lunch will be served from 11:30 am in room 449
- A hot meal of either vegetarian or meat option will be provided
- Head judges will tell you when to go for lunch
- When finishing lunch please go back to your area so you can switch with your colleagues
You will have either selected to be a judge or part of the race crew.
If you are a judge you will be assigned a station on the day, please have a read of the rulebook to help you understand the rules of the various stations: https://hyroxtaiwan.com/rulebooks/
If you are part of the race crew you will be assigned a role on the day.
If the event is cancelled or postponed our staff will reach out to you to let you know.
